What if ... the zero-calorie sweetener allulose actually improves your health?

Now I'm one of the last people to suggest that eating a zero-calorie sweetener is a good thing to do. After all, I've spent the last 18 years driving toward a life that is free of all sugar AND sugar substitutes.
BUT recent research seems to be showing that the zero-calorie sweetener allulose might actually IMPROVE your health.
Say what?!?!?! Yes, that's right. Allulose might actually improve your health.
That's because it stimulates your body's production of GLP-1, which should sound familiar because that's what is behind the current viral success of the weight-loss injections like Wegovy and Mounjaro.
So that means that allulose can help you:
Get full faster (because it impacts the satiety signals to your brain) and
Stay full longer (because your stomach empties more slowly).
