My Story

I lost 52 pounds in 52 weeks when I was 52.

You can read my story and the Six Simple Steps I took in my book: Simply Sugar Free: Six Simple Steps to Conquer Sugar Addiction available on Amazon.

Now I combine my personal success with my training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach to spread the word on Sugar Addiction and how to conquer it.

I received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I studied more than one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.

My original workshop "Bitter Sweet: Why sugar makes us fat and what YOU can do about it!" is included in the resources for current and graduated students of IIN. I have also attended a Beck Diet Solution Workshop given by Judith Beck and Deborah Beck Busis to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
